Public engagement is central to my approach. As Trustee, I will create listening sessions and small, topic-focused advisory committees, such as housing, crime prevention and parks to give residents a meaningful voice.
Affordability and fiscally responsible government spending are pressing issues for our township. As Trustee, I will advocate for greater scrutiny of spending, transparency in how millages are decided, justification when higher-cost options are chosen over lower-cost alternatives and listening sessions with residents and business owners.
A safe community is a thriving community. Michelle supports our first responders and will advocate for the resources needed to keep Delta Township safe.
Michelle supports responsible economic development that strengthens Delta Township's tax base, supports local businesses, attracts quality employers, and creates opportunities for the residents. She believes in smart growth, strong infrastructure, and long-term planning are essential to maintaining Delta Township's quality of life while helping the community and Greater Lansing region thrive.
